1. PAINTING REFUNDS:

Q: Are refunds available for paintings?

A: All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on original, commissioned, or reproduction paintings. Please carefully read the product descriptions and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. If you're in Estonia, Tallinn, arrangements can be made for you to view the painting in person.

2. MEDIUMS USED:

Q: What mediums do you work with?
A:I primarily use acrylics and always incorporate gold leaf in my paintings to add texture and brilliance.

3. ARRIVAL OF PAINTINGS:

Q: Will the painting arrive ready to hang?

A: Paintings on canvas will arrive ready to be hung on the wall. Small paintings on paper will arrive unframed.

4. SHIPPING DETAILS:

Q: How are paintings shipped?

A: Paintings are meticulously packed using bubble wrap and cardboard. For international orders, please note that any taxes and duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

6. COLOR ACCURACY:

Q: Will the colors of the artwork look exactly as they appear on my screen?

A: While I pay careful attention to color accuracy, there may be subtle variations due to differences in monitors, screen resolution, brightness, and lighting. I'm happy to provide additional photos before your purchase to ensure you are comfortable with the colors.

7. DAMAGE, LOSS OR RETURN POLICY

What is your policy for damage, loss or return?

I take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If the package is lost in transit, please get in touch so we can track it and find a solution. All sales are final, so returns are not accepted.
