Seascape series

I finished my seascape series yesterday. It has 6 paintings and these are all made on paper. ( 9,4x13”)

I don’t think there is anything better than a Summer day spent at the beach.

Lying on the sand and listening to the sound of the waves is so soothing and calming,

Beach days are the best because all your worries disappear.

That’s what these paintings are essentially about. Expressing the beauty and depth of the sea and the feeling of freedom. Freedom from everyday worries. It’s like a meditation.
